Instituti NOMAD’ LLC is private, management training and research company founded in Prishtina, Kosovo. NOMAD comes as acronym from Albanian expression: Learning Organization with Daily Activity (Nxënia Organizative Me Aktivitet Ditor). Instituti NOMAD has three core units: Management Training, Research and Consultancy. These are supported by publications, organization of events, and internal R & D projects.
Our aim is to contribute for the development of organizing culture at individual and wider community levels. Particularly, we are dedicated to assist the advancement of organizational capacities in Kosovo. In addition, our Institute attempts to work for the development of awareness about the global problems and achievement of better quality of human living. Our entire activity is oriented towards the struggle to improve our environment, reduce the impact from global warming, and lessen the impact of the ‘Anthropocene’ in our social and material environment.
Instituti Nomad continues from the previous company ‘Ro & Ze’ LLC established in October 2008 by Riza Zeqiri and Ilir Rodiqi. The Ro & Ze Company was active in Management Consultancy, Management Training and Construction Management.
